Dividends

It will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of our company on 21 November 2024 that the net retained profits as at 30 June 2024 of EUR 47,145,464.16 be appropriated as follows:

Dividend payout of EUR 0.60 per share
to 7,920,000 no-par shares

Carry-forward to new account
