In the times of the Hanseatic League, ports were important hubs for the wine trade. Today, exclusive sparkling wines mature in deep cellar vaults of the Hanse Sektkellerei, with its unique maritime decor. Fine brut sparkling wines are produced in the cellars using the traditional bottle-fermentation process. With maturation of more than 9 months, a fine mousse is guaranteed.
The cellars produce a maximum of 10,000 to 15,000 bottles per annum, which are sold mainly to the hospitality industry, the trade or directly from the cellars.
